Although the team has only been together for 1 year there was no mistaking that the right choices were made when they stepped on the field together for the first time. Without the use of radios, the team was able to be that dominating force on the field and knew they were going to be once the team was together. Their fist game together was the Risk/Castle Siege game at Sherwood Forest, Indiana. That is where the team recieved its first award via Tom Pearce earning the Most Valuable Player. The team had shown what it was made of the very first time on the field together. From there the team earned 5 more awards throughout the 2008 season in their 3 additional games they were able to make it to. The schedule was light for the first year due to various business ventures as well as honing that chemistry that they already had together. After only the first season together, the team has established itself as one of the most talked about names in scenario paintball. There is no question that the team is that dominating force it strived to be from the beginning.

With the 2009 season soon approaching the team has its focus on writing a soon to be, well known history. We want to keep the team small and tight not consisting of more than 10-15 core members. We strive for improvement, sportstmanship, hard hitting, dominating paintball and will not tolerate anything less on the team. Everyone is required to give one hundred percent all the time, that is why we are Team ESP Extereme Scenario Players.

The team wants to show that they can be dominating on their home terf and everywhere they go. With the raw talent and experience the team possesses the future is well on its way! Just as the team moto says “Hit’ em hard and Hit’ em fast with a Dominating Force!” This is Team ESP...... EXTREME SCENARIO PLAYERS!
